ON THE SELECTION PROCESS
Voyager’s consultative approach ensured Management and Recruiters alike had their concerns and frustrations addressed ahead of placing an order. We conducted a number of demonstrations and spoke with references in addition to researching the company behind the product and website. After much research, we opted for the Cloud deployment of Infinity – Infinity SaaS, a Windows App which offers us the competitive edge we were looking for.
ON THE SERVICE
The team at Voyager held our hand during the entire implementation. The dedicated Projects Team has been a highly valued resource for us, as has the 0800 Support, Online Training Clinics and some of the most patient helpdesk staff I’ve ever come across. It’s worth mentioning that our employees are often working alone and travel extensively to meet our customers’ requirements and have all been hired for their Recruitment expertise, rather than their technical knowledge. The support from Voyager has been exemplary. It feels like the partnership we lacked previously.
