How do you expect CRM Systems to evolve in the next 12 months?
First, a little bit of background. The next 12 months should be all about more, more, more. 2014 saw the recruitment industry surge past its pre-recession peak. According to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), in FY 13/14 the value of the recruitment industry in the UK grew by 8.2% on the previous period. With record employment and falling unemployment, there seems to be no shortage of jobs to fill.
Recruitment CRMs need to give recruiters the capabilities and efficiencies they need to compete in 2015. Perhaps surprisingly, there are many widely-used CRMs that simply haven’t kept up with the rate of change in the market. But for providers with a solid commitment to R&D, it should be all about:- Getting more from social & business networking platforms; More efficiency for the users; More flexibility in the product; More flexibility in how you pay for it; More visibility on the performance of the business & its consultants.
In short, against 2014, 2015 should only be one thing…. Even better!
