Voyager gets Gold as their VDQ! solution passes Microsoft tests.
Recruitment software providers Voyager have announced that they’ve achieved Microsoft Gold status for the 6th year running, whilst also announcing their ever popular fast-paced temporary recruitment product, VDQ!, has been tested to meet all of the technical requirements to be Compatible with Windows® 7.
Paul Thompson, Sales Director, commented, “The VDQ! solution pushes the boundaries of what can be expected with software. The ‘Drag and Drop’ functionality which facilitates auto-compliance has seen this product become one of the most popular solutions amongst our suite of offerings. Recent customer wins include Milton Keynes based Provide Medical who have used this solution to double their contractor numbers.”
Thompson continued, “Fantastically functional yet easy-to-use software isn’t enough in this market place, it needs to be supported with extremely high standards of customer service and support. Many recent customer wins have been in part due to the lack of product development and support from their existing software providers, it’s this market feedback that reinforces our beliefs that quality product development and ongoing support is not a luxury item, but an essential offering from any professional software provider. A recent FREE Data conversion offer has encouraged many to adopt Voyager and this Microsoft accreditation reassures Voyager users that Voyager Software is going about things in the right way. We are also delighted to announce that we’ve just been awarded the Gold level for ISVs (Independent Software Vendors). This isn’t easily achieved and so highlights the levels of service we offer to our growing customer base.
The Gold ISV Competency level is Microsoft's premier ISV status and requires both the organisation and its products to meet very high standards. It is also pleasing to hear that the Customer Satisfaction Surveys and references, collected by Microsoft themselves, bore witness to our customers reinforcing our beliefs in our products, services and methodologies towards software development.
Put simply, this ensures our customers will receive a top level service from Voyager - our service level is measured by Microsoft .”
Managing Director Simon Warburton added, “I’m sure some organisations would see this as simply a badge for the website and marketing material but its value is in our constantly developing relationship with Microsoft and in leveraging their technologies to the benefit of our customers.”
