I’m totally OK with the fact that the Recruiters I’m helping are often in this position. After all, they want to get better, faster and become more competitive.
But, if you’re a Recruiter calling me to see if I have any jobs, don’t be surprised if I dig a little deeper when you say you have no ATS/CRM/Quality control tools, and whilst ‘being old-school’ does carry weight with me, not on its own.
Surely Recruitment is hard enough right now without doing it manually?
