Facing the Fear Factor
Employee FOCUS - SALES DIRECTOR PAUL THOMPSON AT 12,000 FEET
ONE, TWO, THREE, JUMP!
Nothing in my life has been as scary as doing a Sky Dive!!
Quite literally, there was a moment when I thought I was going to die.
I am told that FEAR is a natural feeling when you’re being pushed out of a plane at 12,000 feet - FEAR is all around us, holding us back.
FEAR is what stops you challenging your boss on the way things have been done in the past.
FEAR is the thing that keeps so many of us in our spot, toeing the line, sat in the same seat, day after day.
FEAR is what stops so many people setting up their own business.
Quite ironic that just on the other side of FEAR Is the most amazing thing in the world - You’ll never feel so ALIVE if you just fight the FEAR!!
Watch the video BELOW – can you spot the moment that I went from ‘Going to Die’ to ‘I’m so ALIVE?'
Thanks to everyone who sponsored me – there's still time!
