“Prior to the new Infinity Candidate Portal, we would only add people to our Infinity database if they were cleared to work, so this has changed our whole working practice and now everyone who is booked for interview becomes a record.
Having candidates complete all the forms prior to interview gives us so much more info at interview stage – and essentially means we can have them cleared and offer them work at the interview, which is a much better candidate journey.
It also saves us from data input errors and saves so much time in creating the records.
