“We use Voyager Infinity for managing all our temp bookings and for managing record keeping for our candidates, and then we use Mid-Office to manage payroll and invoicing. We also manage our permanent staffing services through Voyager Infinity, such as the process of sending CVs and setting up interviews, etc – everything gets managed through Voyager very well.
And the number one overall benefit of the Candidate Portal is being able to look over things, having a snapshot where everyone is at any one point and be able to look at the whole onboarding process. We’ll onboard 90-100 people at a time generally, so knowing what we need for whom and at what stage we are with different people, and what we need to chase in is hugely beneficial for us.”
